At the event, our local team gathered in person, including our IXM ecosystem of collaborators and vendors, while our global teams joined remotely. Our CEO and President, Shiraz Kapadia, delivered a compelling keynote. The purpose of the event was to share major company announcements, reflect on our achievements and performance, and review company goals. Other highlights of the event included the latest project announcements and our Employee Awards & Recognition. But that was not all. Invixium’s acquisition of US-based Triax Technologies generated a buzz of excitement, filling the room with palpable energy, and leaving everyone excited for the future. This strategic acquisition expands our established portfolio with Triax’s AI-based RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems) and connected worker solutions, designed to improve worker productivity and equipment utilization. We have now broadened our scope beyond entry-point access control to address the complex daily challenges within critical infrastructure and industrial worksites such as oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, chemical, mining, and energy.
This epic announcement was celebrated with a cake-cutting ceremony and a toast to Invixium’s relentless pursuit of excellence, followed by closing remarks from Shiraz. The evening continued with a Q&A session and dinner, while the global teams hosted their own celebratory gatherings. The exciting developments and forward-thinking initiative showcased during the event set the stage for a promising future.
